One year ago!!!

One year ago today a procedure changed my life forever. The Duodenal Switch was done this time a year ago today and I am eternally grateful to my surgeon and all of the assistants that helped make my surgery a success!! As of today, I have lost a total of 215 pounds and am still losing (although not at such a rapid pace as before) and look forward to reaching my goal weight of 300 pounds. Looking back, I would definitely do it again and am so grateful to Dr. Al Spaw and the staff at the Metabolic Surgery Center in Nashville, TN for helping me achieve this thing that I never thought I would see again, being able to life my life to the fullest!
